These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital templates and products ("Products") from Moodee Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using our Products, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the purchased Products subject to these Terms.
2. Permitted Use
- Products are for personal business use only
- Products may only be used by the individual or business that purchased them
- You may modify and customize the Products for your own use
- You may use the Products to serve your direct clients
3. Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Share, distribute, or resell Products or access links
- Transfer your license to another person or business
- Use Products for multiple businesses or locations
- Create derivative products for distribution or sale
- Include Products in any template library or resource collection
- Share login credentials or access information
- Resell, distribute, or create competing template products
4. Intellectual Property
- All Products remain our intellectual property
- Your purchase grants you usage rights, not ownership
- Our copyright and other proprietary notices must be maintained
- Any unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement
5. Payment and Access
- All purchases are final and non-refundable
- Access is granted upon confirmed payment
- We reserve the right to revoke access for Terms violations
6. Product Updates
- Updates to Products may be provided at our discretion
- Access to updates requires maintaining valid license
- We are not obligated to provide updates or support
7. Technical Requirements
- You are responsible for having necessary software/platforms
- We do not guarantee compatibility with all systems
- Technical support is limited to Product functionality
8. User Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with Terms by all users

11. Term and Termination
- License remains effective until terminated
- We may terminate license for Terms violations
- Upon termination, all Product use must cease
- Sections 3, 4, 9, and 10 survive termination
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Products constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
